Hi, I’m Laura!
It was in 2004 that my journey into the world of psychology studies began. I was facing challenges around health, emotions, and beliefs. I was looking for answers for myself. Something innate motivated me to continue with life, and I knew I wanted to change habitual thoughts, behaviours, and feelings. It was not something I achieved alone; it was in the company and support of other compassionate, empathetic and professional human beings who helped and guided me to rebuild what I wanted and needed to transform my life.
My purpose is to offer you and share the tools that I have learned so that you can use and practice them to generate changes in yourself as well. All of us can transform ourselves, and by starting to make changes in ourselves, our changes will ultimately reflect also changes in our relationships, families, and communities.
I would love to see how, through essential tools such as self-knowledge and core values identification, you can also begin to live a life filled with purpose, meaning, vitality, moments of presence in your relationships, gratitude, and joy.
Our sessions are based on heartfelt and open-minded conversations that will lead to identifying personalised tools from cognitive and humanistic therapy models with practical and simple applications that will enable meaningful changes in your life.
